Annual Inspection (also called On-Lease Inspection) are necessary to be sure that your asset is well operated, in good condition and that you have fresh aircraft statuses.

Using one of our representatives during the check as a focal point for your team but also for the MRO will provide you insurance that:

• A work package is followed and performed in accordance with applicable regulation.
• Coordination of any request form the MRO about previous repairs, modification is taken care of and followed with your engineering.
• Any additional parts need to check, approve and procurement coordinates.
• Additional work is reviewed and approved as necessary.
• Ground and/or Flight test are a witness.
• Aircraft meets airworthiness requirements.

A daily / weekly report showing you the progress made on the aircraft as well as additional work accepted with impact on delivery schedule and cost will be provided. A final one at the end of the check will allow you to get a general overview of the agreed additional cost.

Working Party Representative can be combined with other services that we are offering to provide a smooth delivery or end of the lease.

During Aircraft Delivery & Transitions, Our Tech Rep will act as a coordinator between operator and Lessor, He will Report directly to Lessors office. The Tech Rep will, within his abilities, ensure safe, compliant, economical and efficient accomplishment of all maintenance functions assigned him. Perform assigned work in accordance with manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, applicable Maintenance Program, GMM, MEL/CDL, company policies and procedures, industry standard, etc. and the directions provided from the Lessors office.

Continuing Airworthiness Management of aircraft (in service or storage)

• Assessing the aircraft’s current and Historical records.
• Verifying its maintenance history.
• Transferring all subscriptions like Nav data, ARINC accounts, OEM tech pubs, software, etc.
• Adding the aircraft on CAMO certification.
• Organizing bridging inspections with the aircraft’s prior maintenance program.
• Organizing the correction of any defects discovered during maintenance.
• Coordinating scheduled maintenance with the replacement of life-limited parts and component inspection requirements.
• Undertaking all occurrence reporting as mandated by the relevant regulations.
• Aircraft maintenance program development including aging programs.
• Assessing MEL for its correctness.
